The paring knife, with its short blade, is ideal for tasks that demand precision and finesse. Crafted from high-quality 5Cr15Mov stainless steel, these knives boast exceptional durability and performance.
The beautiful pakkawood handle provides a comfortable and secure grip, while the superb balance in the blade ensures ease of use. Size chef's knife: 33 cm (blade 21 cm). Size paring knife: 19.5 cm (blade 8.5 cm). Hand wash only to ensure a long life. Certified by RCS (Recycled Claim Standard), RSC certification guarantees that the entire supply chain of recycled materials is certified.
